Shipping
We ship throughout Italy by express courier.
- Standard delivery: 1-5 working days.
- Free on orders over €49, otherwise €5.
- Orders leave within 2 working days of purchase, public holidays excluded. Weekend orders are processed from the following Monday.
How do I track my order
As soon as the parcel leaves you receive an email with the tracking link. The courier's first updates can take up to 24 hours: if the tracking looks stuck on the day of dispatch, that is normal.
Bulky orders
Some items (aluminium bars, multi-packs, boot washers) travel on a pallet or in oversized parcels. If your order falls into one of these cases we contact you before dispatch to arrange delivery.
Payments
When you place your order you can choose between:
- Credit and debit card – Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Bank transfer – the order is prepared once the payment has been received
Payment takes place over an encrypted connection and no card details are stored on our systems or in your account.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can complete your purchase as a guest, providing only the details needed for shipping and invoicing.
Invoice and VAT number
If you are buying as a company or a professional you can enter your VAT number and recipient code at checkout: the electronic invoice is issued and sent to the Italian Interchange System. Prices shown on the site include VAT.
